OneBConnect to AI
Copy a service address and add it as a connector:
- ChatGPT desktop app: Plugins → the source menu next to the search → Add marketplace → Source:
oneb-pub/ai-plugins, refmain. Install the OneB plugin you need and sign in to OneB. - Claude Code:
/plugin marketplace add oneb-pub/ai-plugins, then/plugin install oneb-app-invoice@onebapp. - Codex:
codex plugin marketplace add oneb-pub/ai-plugins --ref main, thencodex plugin add oneb-app-invoice@onebappand sign in.
In ChatGPT the plugin works only in the desktop app (marked “Desktop only”). On chatgpt.com, add a service address as a connector (below). After a plugin update, start a new chat.
Pro, Max, Team, Enterprise. The free plan allows one custom connector.
- Open Claude → Customize → Connectors.
- Click + → Add custom connector.
- Enter a name (e.g. “OneB Invoice”) and paste the service address. Leave the advanced OAuth settings empty.
- Click Add, then Connect — sign in with your OneB account and allow access.
- In a chat: + → Connectors → turn OneB on.
Team / Enterprise: the organization owner adds the connector in Organization settings → Connectors; members just click Connect.
Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, Edu — in ChatGPT on the web. Custom connectors are not available in the mobile app.
- Open ChatGPT → Settings → Security and login and turn on Developer mode.
- Go to Plugins → + → Create app → Create MCP App.
- Name: “OneB Invoice”, Server URL: the address copied above, authentication: OAuth (default). Tick I understand and want to continue → Create.
- Sign in with your OneB account and allow access.
- In a new chat type @ and pick OneB (if it is not listed, install it first under Plugins → Personal).
ChatGPT Business / Enterprise / Edu: only admins can turn on developer mode (Workspace settings → Permissions & roles). An admin creates the OneB app the same way and publishes it in Workspace settings → Plugins; members open Settings → Plugins → OneB → Connect.
When OneB gets new tools: Plugins → OneB → Refresh, then start a new chat (an app published in Enterprise is refreshed by an admin via Action control → Refresh; in Business it is re-created). ChatGPT menus change often — if the names differ, look for “Plugins” in the settings.
Claude Code — run the command, then /mcp to sign in:

- Sign-in only through your OneB account (OAuth with PKCE) — your password is never shared with the assistant.
- The assistant only sees the workspaces you have access to and works in one active workspace at a time.
- Access tokens live 90 minutes and refresh automatically; connections are HTTPS-only.
- Personal tokens are stored only as a hash and can be revoked in one click.
- To disconnect, remove the connector in Claude / ChatGPT settings or revoke the token.
